Why We Started
Healthcare logistics is not just about moving packages from point A to point B. It is about ensuring that a patient's lab specimen arrives intact, that a pharmacy receives its critical supply on time, and that a hospital's medical equipment is handled with the care it deserves.
Huntley's Medical Courier was born out of a recognition that the Charlotte region's growing healthcare community deserved a dedicated courier service — one built specifically for the unique demands of medical transport, not adapted from a general delivery model.
From our first run to our thousandth, we have remained committed to the same principles that guided us from day one: speed, security, and reliability.
Our Mission
"To deliver healthcare logistics solutions that providers can trust — with the speed of STAT service, the security of HIPAA compliance, and the reliability of a partner who shows up every time."
Speed
We understand that in healthcare, time is not just money — it is patient outcomes. We move fast without cutting corners.
Security
Every delivery is handled with full HIPAA compliance and chain-of-custody documentation. Your materials are always protected.
Reliability
We show up. On time, every time. Our clients build their workflows around us because they know we will not let them down.
Care
We treat every specimen, record, and piece of equipment as if it belongs to someone we know — because it does.
Our Commitment to You
When you partner with Huntley's Medical Courier, you are not just hiring a delivery service. You are gaining a logistics partner who understands the stakes of healthcare delivery and takes that responsibility seriously every single day.
